Butcher Demo Event: Beef Hindquarters Breakdown
February 5th | 6:00 PM Oatlands Historic House & Gardens
Join Spring House Farm for an immersive evening centered around real food, skilled craftsmanship, and connection to the land.
This live butcher demonstration will walk guests through the full breakdown of a beef hindquarters from one of our pasture-raised animals. We will explain each cut, how it’s used, and why thoughtfully raised beef matters—not just for flavor, but for nutrition and land stewardship. This is an educational, observational demo, designed for anyone who wants a deeper understanding of where their food comes from.
Your ticket includes:
The beef broken down during the demo will be fresh, never frozen, and available for purchase at the event. Spring House Farm beef is raised regeneratively on pasture and independently tested to contain significantly higher omega-3 levels than grain-finished or pasture-based beef—resulting in meat that’s more nutrient-dense, flavorful, and better for the land.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Oatlands Historic House & Gardens, this event is equal parts educational, delicious, and community-focused.
