Ingredients

  • (1 tbsp) Neutral Oil
  • (1 head) Cabbage, cut into strips
  • (3 large) Carrots, shredded
  • (2 cloves) Garlic, minced
  • (1/3 cup) Coconut Aminos
  • (1 lb) Ground Pork
  • (5) Green Onions, chopped
  • (to taste) Sea Salt & Pepper
  • (to taste) Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • (1 tbsp) Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add neutral oil.
  2. Once hot, add cabbage and stir to coat. Stir in grated carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until slightly softened.
  3. Add garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft. Transfer to a large bowl, leaving any leftover sauce in the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add Spring House Farm ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it browns.
  5. Strain excess liquid if needed, then add the cooked pork to the bowl with the veggies. Stir in chopped green onions and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Serve hot and enjoy a farm-fresh, nourishing meal!

Perfect on its own or over rice for a heartier dish.
