Ingredients
- (1 tbsp) Neutral Oil
- (1 head) Cabbage, cut into strips
- (3 large) Carrots, shredded
- (2 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (1/3 cup) Coconut Aminos
- (1 lb) Ground Pork
- (5) Green Onions, chopped
- (to taste) Sea Salt & Pepper
- (to taste) Red Pepper Flakes, optional
- (1 tbsp) Sesame Oil
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add neutral oil.
- Once hot, add cabbage and stir to coat. Stir in grated carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until slightly softened.
- Add garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft. Transfer to a large bowl, leaving any leftover sauce in the pan.
- In the same pan, add Spring House Farm ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it browns.
- Strain excess liquid if needed, then add the cooked pork to the bowl with the veggies. Stir in chopped green onions and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Serve hot and enjoy a farm-fresh, nourishing meal!
