Grilled, Marinated Shoulder Steak

Shoulder steak is a lesser known cut, but jam packed with flavor!

Ingredients
- (2-3 lbs.) Shoulder Steak, Beef
- (4 large cloves, minced) Garlic
- (1/4 cup, finely chopped) onion
- (1 teaspoon) Ginger
- (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
- (1/4 cup) Lime juice
- (2 teaspoons) olive oil
- (1/4 teaspoon) Crushed red pepper flakes
- (1/4 teaspoon) Black Pepper
- (2 tablespoons roughly chopped leaves) Cilantro
- (2 tablespoons) honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a gallon size ziplock bag. Making sure the bag is tightly closed, massage the marinate to fully mix everything. Allow to marinate in fridge overnight or at least 8 hours. Grill over hot coals to the temperature of your liking. Serve with a freshly tossed salad.
