Korean BBQ Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • (2 lbs) Country-Style Pork Ribs
  • (1/2 cup) Soy Sauce
  • (1/4 cup) Raw, Local Honey: Pint
  • (1/2 cup) Brown Sugar
  • (1/4 cup) Rice Vinegar
  • (4 cloves) Minced Garlic
  • (1 tsp) Grated Ginger
  • (2 tbsp) Sesame Oil
  • (2 tbsp) Sesame Seeds
  • (1 tsp) Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the pork to the bowl and make sure they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 325. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours, until ribs are tender.
  5. Remove foil and return to the oven. Broil for 5 minutes, or until ribs are crispy on top.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
