Overnight Crockpot Chicken Stock

Make rich, flavorful homemade chicken stock overnight in your crockpot. Simply simmer chicken bones, vegetables, and herbs low and slow while you sleep, and wake up to a nourishing broth perfect for soups, stews, and more!

Ingredients
- Leftover Chicken, Carcass, & Bones
- (1, chopped) Carrot
- (1, chopped) Onion
- (1, chopped) Celery
- (1) Bay Leaf
- (1 sprig) Parsley
- (1 sprig) Thyme
- (to taste) Salt
- Water
Directions
- After removing all the good meat from your chicken, put all the bones back in your slow cooker with the juices and everything you used to cook the chicken originally.
- Add the onion, celery, carrot, and spices on top, and fill the slow cooker almost all the way to the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- Once it is done cooking, using a ladle and a fine mesh sieve, remove all the herbs, bones, etc.
- Separate into containers and refrigerate or freeze for future use.
