Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
- (1 cup, chopped) Yellow Onion
- (2 tsp) Parsley
- (1 tsp) Rosemary
- (1 tsp) Thyme
- (to taste) Salt & Pepper
- (1 tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- (2 cloves, minced) Garlic
- (2 tbsp) Flour
- (2 tbsp) Tomato Paste
- (1 cup) Beef Broth
- (1 cup) Peas & Carrots
- (1/2 cup) Corn
- (2 - peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes) Russet Potatoes
- (8 tbsp) Butter
- (1/3 cup) Half & Half
- (1/2 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1/4 cup) Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Make the potatoes: Boil peeled, chopped potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, a splash of half & half, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of parmesan until creamy.
